Our Laboratory was established in 1990s. After more than ten years of development, it now has become one of the biggest comprehensive inspection laboratories in Shanxi Province.
The Laboratory has fixed assets 8 million, covers an area of 1,000 square meters. There are several senior technical experts and professional technical personnel who are engaged in physical and chemical testing,advanced equipment about 20 sets. Besides, the laboratory also has completed inspection standards, conducts chemical analysis, mechanical analysis, metallographic testing and NDT testing according to various grades of material.
With the on-site assessment by Shanxi entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the laboratory passed the metal material social laboratory accreditation in 2003 and then in 2007 got the Chin National aareditation laboratory certificate. later in 2010 became the first TUV authorized inspection laboratory in China. Also it is the unique public inspection service platform In Xinzhou city which was set up by the Province Department of Commerce, providing and chemical testing service for forging industry in Shanxi area.
The laboratory established the quality management system according to standard CNAS-CL01. ISO/IEC 17025:2005. insist on sustaiting effective operation and improvement, to ensure the science faimess of the inspection work and the accuracy and the reliability of the issued data.
